Volz Capitol LLC ("we") runs volzcapitol.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, business name, email, phone number and message, and on the audit page the day and time you prefer for a call.
- Basic technical data: like every website, our host (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and block abuse.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare the audit or proposal you asked for, schedule a call, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our Google Workspace account (Gmail and Google Sheets). The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
As long as we are in contact or doing business with you, and then only as long as we need it for our records. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time: email [email protected]. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
